2012 Homestead Satellite Locations
**** If you moved into your residence in 2011, you have until March 1st to file for your 2012 Homestead Exemption, and have your assessed value capped for 2013. ****

Information on Amendment 1, Portability, Tangible Exemptions and the 10% cap for Non-Homestead properties is located in the Homestead and Exemptions section on the home page. You will then see a tab called Amendment 1, press it for information.
Our web site has been upgraded to provide fast response time and enhanced
features.
Many users offered suggestions for web site improvements; we listened, and I
believe that you’ll be very pleased with the fast response time and the new
manner in which GIS information is presented to you.
The site is a work-in-progress, and we continue to plan future improvements
